  • To keep the site working, secure and free of fraud.
  • To send you marketing, if you asked us to. Every message has an unsubscribe link.
  • To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

We use cookies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Some browsers send a Global Privacy Control signal, and we honour it where it applies.

We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioural advertising. We share it only with the suppliers who make this site work: our hosting provider, our payment processor and our email provider.

  • correct information that is wrong,
  • ask us to delete it,
  • opt out of sale or sharing, which for us is already the default,

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to help you, and order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires. After that we delete or anonymise.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No system is perfect, and we will notify you if a breach affects your information as required by law.
